Personnel changes in the management board for OCS
Jon Fowler will replace James Darnton as the OCS Shareholder Representative.
At the same time Gavin Wainer will become the OCS Director (and Jon Fowler shall resign as director).
Gavin is the Business Development Director for the OCS Business & Industry business. We now wish to formalise Gavin’s position as part of the Euroliance team by appointing him as a Director.
Jon is the Managing Director for the OCS Business & Industry and Specialist Services businesses. Jon also sits on the Executive Committee for OCS. We believe Jon’s role within OCS makes him the most suitable candidate to act as the OCS Shareholder Representative on Euroliance.
